Accepting orders & Delivery:
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order and will issue a full refund where payment for an order has been made and the order has not been accepted. We aim to dispatched accepted orders within 1 working day, but please allow up to 3 working days. Any delay will be communicated to you via email. If in the unlikely event an ordered item is out of stock we will contact you to inform you to ask if you would like a replacement or refund. If we do not receive a reply with 24 hours a refund will be issued and the rest of your order dispatched. Delivery times vary from 1 to 4 working days, and this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. But rest assured we will aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.
